Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Horses, in particular, have taught me how important presence, trust and a clear connection with ourselves truly are.

For many years, I worked with young horses. Again and again, I experienced how directly horses respond to our inner state. Only when we truly come back to ourselves and communicate clearly can a trusting path together begin to unfold. This experience continues to shape my work to this day.

My professional journey first led me into social work. After completing my studies in Dortmund, I worked with the Youth Welfare Office, in youth services and with people facing psychologically challenging life situations. As a state-recognised special needs educator specialising in equine-assisted work, I have supported people from many different walks of life.

Through my additional training in massage and bodywork, my perspective expanded even further. I have experienced how much can shift through mindful touch – and how important it is to support people in reconnecting with their own bodies, becoming more aware of themselves and finding their way back to a deeper sense of connection within.

Today, I bring these experiences together in my work: nervous-system-oriented support, bodywork, nature and the unique presence of horses.

I primarily work with people who have spent a long time achieving, carrying responsibilities and simply keeping going – and who now feel that it is time to reconnect with themselves.

Here on Mallorca, I want to create a special space for exactly that: a place where you don't have to achieve anything. A place where you can breathe, feel your body again and rediscover your connection with yourself.
